Strange Creatures

I am 28 years old now but I remember this like it happened yesterday.

I was around five or six years old. It was bed time and me and my brother were laying in my mom's bed. We looked at the door and saw two dark figures with huge red glowing eyes crawling towards us. They rested their heads at the foot of the bed. I looked at my brother and said, "Do you see that?" He did.

I tried to scream but no sound come out. Nothing. I tried several times but nothing. Then, all I remember is waking up. The messed up part is that we had three Dobermans and they did not come to us while this was happening. I have no idea what went down that night.
