Angel or Ghost?

Minutes after my Mom passed away, I walked outside near the edge of the woods.

Suddenly, I witnessed a being burst from the wall of my parent's home. It was made up undulating blue light. The figure sprinted right past me and stopped at the fence. I noticed that it had no expression when it turned to look at me.

It appeared to be made of neon-like light and seemed nude but had no distinguishing sex characteristics or hair. After it looked at me, the being raised its arms and disappeared over the fence, seemingly into the trees.

I wonder if this was a heavenly being coming to meet my Mom. I have always been able to see, sense, and hear spirits. However, I've never seen anything like this.
