October 7, 2013 Invisible Forces Trying to Break InPeter -- Woodland Hills, California -- 2009Rate this encounter: Since I was a child, I have experienced unexplained phenomenon, but I have really never been truly frightened by any of it until this happened to me back in 2009. I just finished medical school and residency training, and moved to California from the east coast for a position. I am trained as a physician and scientist, and I think scientifically and rationally, but I also cannot deny what I have seen or experienced since childhood, so I accept the existence of realms beyond what our typical senses can detect, and I am 100% certain I have no psychiatric or psychological conditions. It was a little past midnight back in 2009, and I had been in bed for about an hour and was asleep. My house, which I no longer live in, has a set of large front entrance doors with glass panes. I was awakened by violent, loud banging noises on my front door. It was not just knocking, but literally sounded like a gang of people were slamming my door with a large tree trunk. It kept going on and on, worried about illegal activities and potential break in, I did not want to approach the doors so I decided to peek through the shades of my study room, which faces the same direction as my front entrance. I was ready to run out my back door and call the police. What I saw astounded me, there was nobody standing there at my front door, no human, no animal, nothing. The banging was so loud that I thought the glass panes of my door would shatter. After about 5 minutes, the banging suddenly stopped. I walked to my front door, expecting to see shattered glass, but the doors and glass were completely intact. I immediately looked out through the glass of my front doors, which lead to a long walkway to the street. Nobody was there. Something inside me, a feeling that goes way beyond a hunch, was warning me that something is trying to get inside my house, inside me. That incident was the scariest for me, even more scary than when I actually saw a full figure female apparition sitting in my study room when I was about 5 years old, which at that time didn't even scare me. I was simply fascinated as a child.
