This is a charming nonfiction work, filled to the brim with insightful material and it serves as an essential introductory guide to Egyptian magick, Egyptian myth, and Egyptian rituals. Well-written, its authors share their expertise from a personal perspective. Almond and Seddon are both holders of Ph.D.s, teach, and they are a Pagan married couple. Members of the Fellowship of Isis, they have also written other books. Jocelyn Almond is an Archpriestess-Hierophant of the Fellowship of Isis. They live in London, England.

There is nothing left to chance in this book, for all pertinent information is covered in detail and additional information is given to accompany other sections. Much information not found elsewhere, is available in this book.
