The Ominous Black Figure

I lived with a roommate for a while and we have been seeing this black shadow thing. When we see it you instantly get a feeling of fear, this don’t-go-in-there feeling. Her 10 year-old started having dreams about a black figure wearing a black hat and black jacket. All her son could see was his eyes, and they were two different colors. This figure also has a black dog–we’ve been seeing it a lot more lately. I can feel its presence sometimes before I walk in our apartment, and I instantly get that feeling, but whatever this is has been with me a while. I’ve seen it in other places I’ve lived, and I constantly get woke up about 2:30-3:00 every morning with a watch-your-back feeling. It seems to not care who sees it and our cat constantly makes this horrific meow when it shows itself.
