The Man Who Disappeared on the Train Tracks

Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania
Date of Encounter: June 23, 2015

I was on my way to work last night and saw an apparition of a person about 300 feet ahead of me on the train tracks on Armand Hammer Boulevard and Hanover (right in front of the new housing complex) at around 10:45 PM. It looked like it was about 5’8 to 6′ tall, kind of thin build. It took three very quick steps off to the left of the tracks and then disappeared, almost like it was running as I was driving toward it parallel to the tracks. I thought it was a person wearing all black and walking down the train tracks, but that wasn’t the case because it vanished into thin air.

Has anyone else seen a ghost in this area?
