Readers of the paranormal have often come across the topic of ghost lovers. Well, why not have and become a perfect lover without the ghostly trappings! This nonfiction book is written by the well-known Mabel Iam, a skilled and gifted psychotherapist who was awarded the Mercosur Research Award.

This book will help a lot of people in more ways than one. It is written in a straight-forward, honest manner, and nothing that needs defining is left undefined.

The introduction is followed by nine chapters. There is also a nice reference section at the conclusion of the book, which is a Dream Dictionary for self-interpretation and use in identifying dream symbols. An example: “Sunflower — may be a warning that you should focus more closely on your objectives.” 

A helpful glossary is included for term references. A bibliography is listed for additional reading.

Chapter 1 covers many topics. Among topics discussed are rituals with mantras, rituals using natural energy, purification rituals, and rituals with massage and aromatic oils. Feng Shui is also discussed. 

Chapter 4 covers the body with direct reference and explanation of the importance of the chakras, and the third eye. The section on the wisdom of the third eye is interesting for its insights. 

Other chapters in this well-written book cover mandalas, among other subjects. There is a perspective given on how to avoid impotency that is refreshingly original in its applications.

This book will find a wide reading audience. Highly recommended.
