Ghostvillage.com review

Those interested in the use of scent and the paranormal will find this well-written book a nice reference. Many ghost hunters will tell you that certain scents do attract spirits.

Carl F. Neal lives in Oklahoma and has been involved in making incense for several years. Incense contains an introduction, nine chapters, highly informative appendix material, glossary, bibliography, and index. The introduction serves to explain what incense is, why burn incense, why make incense, the world of incense making, and the philosophies of the book.

Chapter 1 is concerned with the importance of form and Chapter 2 details incense composition. Chapter 8 and Chapter 9 detail experimentation and troubleshooting. Readers of the paranormal will find Appendix C on advanced incense philosophies interesting, and like all other material presented in this book, concise and educational. An entertaining book, it packs a lot of useful information into its nine chapters.

A fine reference text to have in the home library. There are magickal considerations to be considered, and the information is useful. Appendix E on listening to incense is invaluable reading.

Incense is a book that will attract many readers. Nonfiction and in-depth, it is a useful collection of knowledge. This book will get your started on making your own scents — certain scents attract certain things. Incense is an enjoyable reading experience.
