SALEM, NEW HAMPSHIRE, September 23, 2004 – On Saturday, October 30th at 6:30 PM, Jeff Belanger, Ghostvillage.com founder and author of the new book, The World’s Most Haunted Places, will be presenting a night of Halloween history and true ghost stories from around New England and around the world. The ghost stories have been collected through years of research and interviews and take place in both renowned and obscure locales everywhere — maybe even your own backyard! Belanger will talk about the nature of supernatural encounters, their effect on our history, and give the audience plenty of accounts to keep them awake at night.

"America’s Stonehenge is the perfect setting for a very supernatural evening," Jeff Belanger said. "Not only does this ancient site have its own ghostly lore to share, but it’s clearly a place of spiritual importance to many different cultures. After the lecture, we’ll be taking a torch-lit tour of the grounds where significant religious ceremonies took place thousands of years ago."
