As a working, useful guide to Yoga, this book is a special treat, and a nice gift for oneself or a friend. With numerous helpful and instructive photographs, this book is sure to become a favorite among those interested in Yoga.
There is much to recommend this fine book. The instruction is clear and concise.
Among the various topics covered are ways to improve your ability to concentrate and to think clearly, how to firm thighs, legs, abdomen, and burn fat, how to work towards improving posture, flexibility, and strength, and how to harmonize your hormones. An important section covered is how to relieve computer-related tension in your body.
Both writers are experts in their field, their observations on health and Yoga are topnotch. For a fine reference how-to-book, this is one of the best to come along for readers. There are techniques that can be utilized anytime by people of different ages and skill levels, and each works well.
Clearly stated, nicely written. An enjoyable reading experience.
