Ghostvillage.com review

For those who have not encountered the fine writings of paranormal investigator, Stan Gooch, this is an excellent starting point. He is also the author of The Double Helix of the Mind.

As a reference nonfiction work, this book is memorable reading and should provide hours of factual data to those interested in paranormal, supernatural, and parapsychology topics. What Stan Gooch does, and does well, in this book is to explore and explain the functioning of the dream-producing part of the brain known as the cerebellum.

There are three parts to the book with nineteen chapters. Following the introduction, the following topics are covered in-depth by the author: Incubi and succubi in suburbia, demons past and entities present, poltergeist, paranormal fire, automatic writing, past lives, hypnosis, stigmata, mediumship, discarnates, left-handedness, a short note on UFOs, among others.

The reader will find this book a challenge to some popular beliefs, and a more accurate analysis to other popular beliefs. An entertaining book, it educates in a pleasant manner which intrigues the reader.

If you are looking for something unusual about the origins of psychic phenomena, poltergeists, incubi, succubi, and the subject of the unconscious mind, then Stan Gooch’s well-written book is for you.
