In the Ipod’s Reflection

This happened about two months ago.

It was about 11:30 AM and I was listening to my iPod. I turned the screen on to change the song and in the corner of my eye I saw some hooded figure just standing there. I looked up and it began to speak to me but I couldn’t understand what it was saying. It was just mumbling and it was very loud. It felt like it’s voice had infiltrated my mind.

I looked away and tried to ignore it but I got too creeped out and so I just closed my eyes and hoped it would go. When I woke up the next morning, I couldn’t stop thinking about what had happened.

At school I told my friend about it and she told me that she sees the same figure walking past her room. I have not seen that particularly figure since, but I do see different ‘shadows’ from time to time.

There are other things that have happened: I was in The New Forest recently in the car with my grandparents when I saw another figure. This man was talking to someone and his car boot was open. I was looking at all the horses and I saw someone or something looking in the man’s car boot. I looked again and it had vanished. I know I saw it.

The most recent encounter was at home. I was in the kitchen. We used to have a dog named Toby but he died and now we have two cats, one black and one black and white — the same colour as Toby. So when I was in the kitchen, I wasn’t concentrating on the floor as I was looking ahead. I thought our black and white coloured kitten was walking by, but she looked bigger than usual. I said her name. I looked down to speak at her as she was walking by, but nothing was there. I said to myself “Hey Toby!” because I knew it was him.
