I know this might sound weird or false, but it really happened. I was about 13-years-old and my sister was 8. We had been watching TV in my room and soon fell asleep. My bedroom was right next to the kitchen and during the night one of us heard something like if someone was sweeping the kitchen floor. I can’t remember who heard it first, but whoever it was woke the other and we both heard it. We didn’t have mice, or cats, or dogs. Who would be up so late and sweeping with a broom? We decided to open the door and saw that it was pitch dark in there. Nobody was there! As soon as we closed the door, the noises started again. We didn’t open that door anymore. I guess we dozed off again and for some reason I woke up and looked to the ceiling of our room and there was a hand in the corner — it was coming down toward us. It was skeletal, bluish, like you could like see through it. I shoved my sister hard with my elbow to wake her up and she also saw it. As soon as we both saw it, it disappeared into thin air. If I had been the only one to see it, I would have thought I dreamy it or something. But the fact that we both saw it is creepy. We told our parents and of course they didn’t believe us. I feel that whatever made the noise was connected to that hand. We asked our aunt who lived with us if she was trying to scare us, but to this day she swears she was asleep and has no idea what we saw or even if it’s true.

  1. I believe you because I know someone else who also witnessed something like this before. Most people don’t believe because either they are to scared to admit it or they did it and made you think it was a ghost, but I believe you.
