Ghostvillage.com review

If you only buy a few selected ghost story books this year, make this book one of them and be prepared for some thrilling and scary reading entertainment! Kathleen McConnell is blessed with an accurate sense of description, honesty, and insight as she relates the story of the spirit children of Fontaine Manse.

This story relates what happened to Kathleen McConnell and her family during the five years they lived in the haunted Fontaine Manse, and the effect it had upon them, as a family and individually. During the course of the story, the reader will learn the details of how McConnell came to understand and care for these ghosts — spirit children who lived in the attic of the mansion. The spirit children were Angel Girl, Buddy, and The Baby.

It would be unfair to give away the shocking ending to the resolution to these spirit children’s desperate plight. But it would be fair to say this is one of the finest true ghost stories to come along in many a while, and well worth the time to read! This story also reveals the lasting power of a mother’s love.

This is Kathleen McConnell’s first book. It is well-written, entertaining, and it will give the reading audience much to ponder. You will find your encounter with these spirit children an unusual experience. This is a book that should not be missed!

Excellent in all aspects, this is an involved and sensitive book about ghosts. You will meet these spirit children and encounter ghosts in a highly unusual situation.

Highly recommended. The afterword of the book is a perfect conclusion for this strange tale about the Fontaine mansion.
