The search for truth goes virtual this year with ANOMACON 2025, a groundbreaking online event bringing together some of the most recognizable voices, respected researchers, and rising stars in the UFO, paranormal, and anomalous studies community. It will livestream worldwide on Saturday, September 20th, on YouTube, Twitch, X, and Facebook.
“ANOMACON was born out of a passion for bringing together the most compelling voices in the UFO and paranormal worlds, from seasoned researchers to rising creators. This event is about breaking down silos and creating one big conversation about the unknown,” says creator and curator, Ryan Sprague. “We’ve worked hard to balance credibility with creativity, bringing scientists, authors, comedians, and experiencers all into the same space. The unexplained doesn’t live in one box, and neither should this event.”
Leading the lineup is Michael Ian Black, acclaimed comedian, actor, and author, bringing his sharp wit and cultural insight to the mysteries of the unexplained. He’s joined by Richard Dolan, UFO historian and author. Mitch Horowitz, renowned occult historian and thought leader, will also be speaking. Rounding out the headliners is Cristina Gomez, one of the most dynamic YouTubers and podcasters in UFO and paranormal media, bringing her massive online following and sharp investigative style.
In the sciences, ANOMACON 2025 brings Dr. Beatriz Villarroel, astrophysicist and leader of the groundbreaking Non-Terrestrial Artifacts research project, alongside Dr. Sheanna Steingass, marine biologist who brings scientific insight into the ocean’s mysteries. Veteran researchers Peter Robbins and Paul Kimball add decades of respected scholarship and historical perspective on UFOs and the paranormal.
ANOMACON 2025 also shines a light on the next wave of researchers, storytellers, and investigators shaping the conversation today: Zelia Edgar, fast becoming a leading voice for younger audiences in UFO studies; Nomar Slevik, known for documenting New England’s UFO encounters; and Aleks Petakov & Aaron Deese, bringing cryptid and folklore investigations into the spotlight. Paranormal investigators, Amy Murphy, Kim Moser, Chelsey Lacelle, and Alex LeMay also bring their unique perspectives and growing audiences to the event.
Adding variety and energy are comedians Dan St. Germain & Sean Donnelly, blending humor with curiosity about the unexplained. Paranormal researcher Christopher Soucy, alongside emerging voices Tyler Roberts, Jack Dreher, and Sean Barnes, will bring niche insights and fresh perspectives to round out the event.
Sprague ends: “Whether you’re a skeptic, a believer, or just curious, ANOMACON 2025 is a place to challenge your thinking, expand your imagination, and connect with a global community of truth seekers.”
ANOMACON 2025 is completely free, however donations will be open via Superchats, Superstickers, PayPal and several other ways. 50% goes to paying the speakers and the other 50% will be donated to the charitable organization, Doctors Without Borders.
