Get ready to face your fears and take on Fort Taber with a group of paranormal investigators! For years there have been rumors about paranormal activity throughout the Fort including inside of the buildings and around the grounds.
A team of local paranormal investigators including renown investigators Jeff Belanger and Tim Weisberg will take 4 small groups through the Fort to explore the tunnels, military installations and the surrounding grounds, using their own arsenal of ghost hunting equipment to connect you with the spirits that are said to lurk in those areas.
This event is not for the faint of heart. We’re going to lead you through a number of dark, abandoned and haunted locations throughout the park including the legendary Battery Milliken. We are even giving the ultra-rare opportunity to get into Fort Rodman itself- a building most of us have only ever seen from the outside.
Where: The Historic Fort Taber, 1000 Rodney French Blvd. New Bedford, MA
Where: Saturday, October 17th at 7:00pm until Sunday, October 18th at 1:00am
Cost: The cost for this event is $99 per person. Must be 18 years of age or older. Tickets can be purchased online only, here. There are only 100 tickets available for this event and a portion of the proceeds go towards the restoration efforts for the Fort and the park.
Things to Know: You’ll need a flashlight to navigate the darker tunnels. We’ll bring the equipment. If you have your own devices that you’d like to bring, you can do that, too!
