The Weiser Concise Guide to Herbal Magick is just what it says it is, and delivers the information in a format that is both entertaining and educational. Judith Hawkins-Tillirson has crafted a finely reliable study-reference for readers about herbal magick, and it is a book which will prove to be of lasting value over the years. The book also contains a well-written introduction by Nancy Wasserman.

Part One contains material directly related to the planetary correspondences of herbal magick. Plants and their individual planets are defined and discussed. Chapter 8 gives insightful information about the plants of the kingdom and the four elements.

Part Two covers techniques and preparation. Chapter 12 covers Franz Bardon and herbal magick. The book concludes with an afterword, resources, bibliography, and notes.

A fine book, it is one that the reader will enjoy and find of great help with its herbal information. Highly recommended.
