For those interested in energy and energy manifestation, Silver Reavenwolf has crafted a fine approach in MindLight. This book is about designing a personal framework to convert energy, alter reality, and manifest changes in your personal life.

Silver Ravenwolf is one of the most published Wiccan authors writing today, and this book is another fine work from her creative mind. There are nine chapters in the book following the introduction. There are two appendices, glossary, bibliography, and index.

What Silver Ravenwolf achieves in this book is an approach, which works well for any person seriously interested in working with energy in a positive manner to change his or her life for the better. One aspect of the book which is exceptionally helpful is the instructions given for using elemental energies, astrology, oils, inks, and herbs in what she explains is workable superquantum magick. Meditation approaches are also covered and discussed in a concise, enjoyable manner. Nicely written in Silver Ravenwolf's concise, hands-on approach style, this book will be a nice reference work to have on hand in the home bookcase.
