Ghostvillage.com review

Ash “LeopardDancer” DeKirk has given the readers an interesting book about dragons and dragon lore. The illustrations fit the text nicely. The book is detailed on types of dragons, where they live or lived, and everything there is to know about them.

Chapters make for fast-paced, entertaining reading. Topics covered include dragons in Asia, Chinese dragons, Japanese dragons, dragons of the Americas, various important legends concerning dragons, the Uktena and the Tlanuhwa, dragons in films, dragons in literature, dragons in the sky, dragons in the Ancient World, and dragons in the contemporary world. The bibliography is interesting and the index is helpful.

For a topnotch book written about dragons, Dragonlore by Ash “LeopardDancer” DeKirk, is outstanding in its approach and analysis. There is much to learn from this fine book, much.

For those interested in dragonlore, this is an ideal book to have. Ash "LeopardDancer" DeKirk has a B.S. in anthropology and is a Dun’marran Priest who lives in North Carolina. She lives with her three cats, Rufus, Drizzt, and Bakura.
